GDI President and former New York Rangers goaltender, Dan Blackburn, was part of the panel on Off the Record today. Blackburn, along with other panel members and host Michael Landsberg, discussed the possibility of the Phoenix Coyotes moving to Hamilton, as well as the referee's controversial call in Game 3 against the Detroit Red Wings.
